THE DEETS:

 

OPTION A with Cook Along Kit (LA residents only):

 

Price:  $100 per student (minimum of 10 and up to 100) includes Cook-Along Kit*, tax and virtual class plus kit delivery.  

 

Menu Options:

 

1)  Asian Dumplings and Noodles – Potstickers and Veggie Lo Mein

 

2) One Night in Bangkok - Pad Thai and Green Coconut Curry (chicken or shrimp)

 

3) Chinese Take Out Favorites – Beef with Broccoli, Chinese Chicken Salad or Veggie Fried Rice

 

4) K-Town Nights – Mandu (Korean Dumplings,) and Chap Jae (Korean glass noodles)

 

*Each Kit includes 2 recipes and all the ingredients needed to prepare each recipe.  Ice pack included in each kit.  Each recipe feeds 2-3 people. 

 

 

OPTION B without Cook Along Kit (for anywhere in the world):

 

Price:  $30 per student (minimum of 10 and up to 100) or $50 per student (minimum of 6) includes tax and virtual class.  Students responsible for purchasing ingredients in advance of class (recipes and shopping list provided ahead of time).

LOGISTICS & OTHER INFORMATION

 

Handouts:  Students will be emailed the recipes and an equipment/utensil list needed 4 days prior to the class

Dietary Restrictions: Most menus are flexible enough to accommodate guests with dietary concerns, and if we are made aware of these restrictions at least a week in advance.

Zoom Link:  We provide the host with a dedicated private Zoom meeting link within 24 hours of finalizing your booking.   We will also record the event and send students a password-protected link to the video afterwards.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cook Along with Chef Katie cooking classes are 90 minutes to 2 hours in length.   We are very flexible with class times depending on Chef Katie’s availability.  We require one week advance notice to book a class and payment in full at the time of booking for the minimum class fee. While we do not provide a refund if you have fewer guests than originally booked, you are free to add participants as needed, up until 24 hours in advance, and we will invoice you for any incremental participant costs. Classes are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with a week’s advance notice.
